On Wednesday Dec 18th, an exciting and hilarious novelty match was played between Public Servants and Civil Servants of Kosofe Local Government at Emmanuel High Secondary School, Ojota. The match ended 2-1 in favour of the Public servants.
The match which was part of activities lined up for the NULGE week in the festive season, featured high ranking political office holders and civil servants such as: Chief of Staff, Prince Fatai Gbadebo; Supervisor for Education, Hon. Lanre Oladunjoye; Supervisor for Agriculture, Youth, Social & Sports, Hon. Oyeyemi Oyetayo JP; Ward C Councillor, Hon Ibrahim Bakare; Ward B councilor, Prince Kehinde Saliu; Ward A Councilor, Hon. Sunday Omofojoye; Ward G councilor, Hon. Bolaji Kareem and H.O.D Environment, Mrs. Amokunmosa.
According to the NULGE Chairman Prince Orababa, the match was organized to boost peaceful coexistence and harmonious working relationship between the two groups of government workers in the local government.
